Frequently Asked Questions
Everything residents and visitors ask about maintenance, bookings, security and using the LNG portal — answered in one place.
Maintenance & Payments
How does monthly maintenance work?
Maintenance is billed monthly based on your unit type and the rates approved by the association. Each bill is generated automatically and appears in your resident dashboard, so you always know the current amount due and the due date.
How do I view and pay my dues?
Log in to the portal and open the Maintenance section on your dashboard. You'll see your current dues, past bills and payment history in one place, and can pay online in a few taps.
What payment modes are accepted?
Online payments through UPI, cards and net banking are supported directly in the portal. If you pay by cash or cheque at the office, the collection is recorded against your account so your online statement stays accurate.
Can I download a receipt after paying?
Yes. Every successful payment generates a PDF receipt that you can download or re-download any time from your payment history. Receipts carry your unit details and the association's registration number for your records.
What is the corpus fund and how is it different from maintenance?
The corpus fund is a reserve for large one-time or long-term needs such as major repairs and infrastructure upgrades, kept separate from routine monthly maintenance. Contributions and the running balance are managed by the association and reported to residents.
What if I'm marked exempted, or I have arrears?
If your unit is exempted, no monthly dues are raised against it and your dashboard will reflect that. If you have arrears, unpaid amounts carry forward and are shown clearly with the outstanding total so you can clear them at your convenience.
Facilities & Bookings
How do I book the Annamaya Vedika function hall?
Annamaya Vedika comfortably hosts 800+ guests and is available to residents for functions and events. Contact the association office to check available dates and confirm your booking; charges and the refundable deposit are shared at the time of booking.
What does it cost to book the hall?
Hall charges depend on the date and duration of your event and are set by the association. Because rates are reviewed periodically, please confirm the current tariff and deposit with the office rather than relying on older figures.
Is there a central park and children's play areas?
Yes. The community has a landscaped central park and three dedicated children's play areas, all open to residents. They're maintained as shared spaces, so we ask everyone to help keep them clean and safe.
Is there a gym on the premises?
A modern gymnasium is available within the community for residents to use. Timings and any usage guidelines are displayed at the facility and shared through the notice board.
What everyday conveniences are inside the gate?
The community has an SBI ATM, a super market, a saloon and a Vinayaka temple on the premises, so most daily needs are a short walk away. This is one of the reasons LNG is among the more self-contained gated communities in Vizag.
Security & Emergencies
Is the community secured round the clock?
Yes. Trained security staff man the gates 24×7 and monitor entry and exit at all hours. Visitor movement is logged so residents can feel safe at any time of day or night.
Is there CCTV coverage?
The community is covered by CCTV surveillance at key points including the main gate and common areas. Footage supports the security team in keeping the premises safe and is handled responsibly by the association.
Is there an SOS button in the resident app?
Yes. The resident app includes an SOS option so you can raise an alert quickly in an emergency. Use it when you need immediate attention from security or the community team.
Who do I contact in an emergency?
For any emergency, alert the gate security first — they are reachable 24×7 and can respond fastest on the ground. Key emergency and committee contact numbers are also published on the community notice board and in the portal.
Helpdesk & Complaints
How do I raise a complaint or service request?
Open the Helpdesk section in the portal and create a ticket describing your issue. Add as much detail as you can so the team can act quickly, and your request is logged with a reference for follow-up.
Can I track the status of my ticket?
Yes. Every ticket has a status you can follow from your dashboard, so you always know whether it's open, in progress or resolved without having to chase anyone.
Will I get a reply to my complaint?
The committee and staff respond to tickets through the portal, and their replies appear in the same thread as your request. You'll be able to read updates and add follow-up messages until the matter is closed.
What kinds of issues should go through the helpdesk?
Use the helpdesk for common-area maintenance, security concerns, billing queries and general community requests. Keeping everything in one place helps the team prioritise and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Community & Notices
Where can I see community notices and circulars?
Official notices and circulars from the association are posted on the notice board inside the portal. Checking it regularly keeps you up to date on meetings, works, events and important announcements.
How will I know about meetings and events?
Announcements about general body meetings, festivals and community events are shared through the notice board and portal updates. Anything time-sensitive is highlighted so you don't miss it.
What is the wall of fame / donations section?
The community recognises residents who contribute through donations and voluntary support on a wall of fame. It's a simple way of saying thank you and encouraging the community spirit that keeps LNG thriving.
Can I suggest something to the committee?
Yes. You can reach the committee through the helpdesk or the contact options in the portal to share suggestions and feedback. Constructive ideas from residents are always welcome.
Account & Login
How do I log in for the first time?
Your account is created against your registered unit, so use the mobile number the association has on file. If you're unsure which number is registered, contact the office and they'll confirm and update it for you.
Do I use a password or an OTP?
You can sign in with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number, which is the quickest way in. Where a password is set up, you can use that instead — either way, access is tied to your resident account.
How do I update my phone number?
Because your login is linked to your registered mobile number, phone-number changes are handled by the association to keep accounts secure. Contact the office with your new number and they'll update your record.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Use the OTP sign-in option to get back in without a password, then reset it if needed. If you're still stuck, reach out to the office and they'll help you regain access safely.
Who can access the portal?
Access is limited to verified residents and owners of the community, and committee members with their assigned roles. This keeps community and financial information within the community and out of public view.
Your privacy matters. The portal shows private financial and contact details only to logged-in residents. None of this information is ever visible to the public or search engines.
Still have questions?
